North Light
Getting seven stakeholders to agree on what they are actually building.
North Light came to us with a roadmap nobody believed in. Seven leaders, seven versions of the product in their heads, and a team caught in the middle building all of them at once.
What we did
- Ran a structured alignment sprint to surface the real disagreements, not the polite ones.
- Prototyped three sharply different directions so the choice became concrete.
- Wrote the one-page brief everyone could finally point to and say “that one.”
Strategy work rarely makes a portfolio because it has no screenshots. But getting seven people to agree on a single sentence was the hardest design problem here.
Open to contract work, full-time roles, and interesting conversations about hard design problems.
